RoHS
(Restriction of Hazardous
Substances) Certificate |
|
As an evidence of our respect for
human health and environment, we, as
the YENIGUN family, have been
maintaing our production in
accordance with RoHS directive. RoHS
(Restriction of Hazardous Wastes)
directive concerns the restriction
of the use of lead and other
potentially hazardous materials in
electrical and electronical
equipments. This directive known as
2002/95/EC has been put into effect
in throughout Europe since 1 July
2006. The purpose of this directive
is to limit the use of below ? (EEE)
materials and thus contribute to the
protection of human and
environmental health.
Although RoHS is a European Union
directive, the non-european EEE
producers have to comply with it as
well if their products are
eventually to be exported to an EU
member country. It is necessiated
that the definition of this
directive ought not to show any
variations among the European
Union’s member countries. The reason
for this is the desire to enable
companies entitled to the RoHS
certificate to disribute freely
their products throughout this
economical region.
The RoHS directive is valid for the
following products:
-- Household appliances,
-- Information technology and
telecommunication equipments
-- Consumer electronics
-- Illumination erection
-- Electrical Equipments
-- Toys
-- Sporting and leisure time
equipments
-- Automatic vending machines
-- Philamented light bulbs

between a proven, competent

an informed choice and not a gamble.
